Dr Candice Quinn

Psychologist & Founder, The 11th Hour Clinic

Dr Candice Quinn works at the intersection of psychology and the workplace. She supports people navigating stress, burnout, trauma, and psychological injury, with an understanding of the organisational systems that shape those experiences.

With over 20 years of experience across public and private healthcare, Candice offers support that is both clinically grounded and workplace-aware. Much of her work is with people whose difficulties are tied to their work, and whose needs are often missed by traditional health or workplace systems: those trying to recover, make a difficult decision about their situation, or work out whether what they're going through is a work-related injury.

Her background in organisational psychology, alongside her clinical training and a legal education, gives her a specialist understanding of how workplaces function and how the systems around a person shape what happens to them. This combination informs everything she does, therapy, coaching, team development, and the assessment of work-related psychological injury.
