For organisations

When capable people are under pressure

Every organisation runs on people, and people are affected by the work they do, by how they're led, how their teams function, and the culture they operate inside. When those things strain, it shows up as conflict, disengagement, turnover, and people quietly running out of road. The 11th Hour Clinic works with organisations on exactly that: the human side of work, addressed with the rigour of regulated psychology rather than a generic workshop.

Founded and led by Dr Candice Quinn, an AHPRA-registered psychologist with a background across organisational and clinical practice, the clinic brings clinical-grade understanding to the pressures inside a workplace, not motivational content, but evidence-based work that holds up.

Where we work

Leadership. Psychology-led coaching for the people carrying responsibility: new managers finding their feet, senior leaders under sustained load, and the technical-to-people-leader shift that trips so many capable performers. Confidential, and built on the same evidence base as clinical practice.

Teams. When a group of capable people has stopped working like one: after a restructure, a difficult exit, an erosion of trust. Team-focused psychology to rebuild the coordination and safety a team actually runs on.

Culture. The conditions underneath performance: how pressure is distributed, how conflict is handled, whether people can raise a problem before it becomes an incident. Practical, grounded work on the environment people work inside, not a poster on a wall.

Why psychology-led

The workplace-wellbeing market is crowded with unregulated providers. Working with a registered psychologist is different: diagnostic literacy to recognise when something has become clinical, methods with evidence-based research behind them, and accountability under professional standards. For coaching engagements an employer sponsors, we work within models of regulated disclosure, where confidentiality is a responsibility.

Most engagements begin with a short conversation about what's actually going on, before anything is proposed.
